About This Product
The Care Quip Bed Rail Removable is a simple steel rail that sits beside the mattress. It gives a firm handhold for turning, repositioning and getting in or out of bed.
It slides between the mattress and the bed base with no tools. It lifts out as easily when you don't need it.
The rail stays upright and doesn't fold down. If you want it out of the way for transfers, the Bed Rail Dropside lowers below the mattress.
It's powder coated steel. It stands 600mm high and 500mm wide, with a 590mm reach.

Will this bed rail fit my bed?
Compatibility depends on the rail type and your bed. Hook-type and dropside rails slide between the mattress and base — they work with most standard beds but not platform or slatted bases without a solid base underneath. Check the maximum mattress depth and base type in the product specifications. If in doubt, contact our team before ordering.
Are bed rails safe to use at home?
Bed rails, when correctly fitted and matched to the user, significantly reduce the risk of rolling out of bed and assist with repositioning. It is important to choose a rail that fits correctly — gaps between the rail and mattress can present an entrapment risk. How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition in their original packaging. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will resolve it promptly.
