About This Product
The TheraMed Coccyx Diffuser Cushion is a foam seat cushion with a tailbone cut-out, for anyone with coccyx pain.
The cut-out lets the tailbone hang free, so it isn't pressed into the seat. That takes pressure off bruising or soreness when you sit for long periods.
The Medium (44 x 42 x 7.5cm, $139) suits most wheelchairs, office chairs and dining chairs.
The XL Bariatric (50 x 45 x 9.5cm, $210) and XXL Bariatric (56 x 45 x 9.5cm, $225) are thicker. TheraMed makes them for body frames over 110kg.
Each size comes with a choice of cover. Dura-Fab is a soft grey faux suede. It isn't waterproof and should be hand washed. Steri-Plus is a waterproof, anti-microbial medical green cover that you wipe clean.
A memory foam top layer sits over a dense foam core, and it works either side up. Spot clean the foam only. It's made in Australia and TGA listed (No. 174453).

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2β5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer. TheraMed orders of $400 or more ship free Australia-wide. Under $400, delivery is a flat $25.
Can I return a TheraMed product if it's not right for me?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, pillows and cushions that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly. We recommend reaching out to our team before purchasing if you have specific needs. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item.
