About This Product
The Heart Sure Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is a clip-on monitor that reads blood oxygen (SpO2) and pulse rate at home. It suits people managing COPD or asthma, checking before and after exercise, or recovering from an operation.
It gives a quick reading without a clinic visit. One button runs it.
The two colour OLED screen uses large numbers and is easy to read in low light. There are six display modes, and the display can be read from different angles. It beeps when a reading falls outside the normal range. Heart Sure say it reads accurately at low perfusion, down to 0.3%, which helps when circulation is poor.
It's a monitoring tool and doesn't diagnose anything. If a reading worries you, contact your GP.
Two AAA batteries and a carry bag are in the box.

What sleep aids are available and what do they do?
Our sleep aids range includes anti-snoring mouthpieces (Hushd, SnoreMD) that reposition the jaw to reduce snoring, the Bongo Rx EPAP device which uses exhaled breath resistance to maintain airway patency without a machine, breathing trainers (Welcare Breatheasy) that strengthen respiratory muscles, CPAP pillows (Best In Rest) designed with cutouts to accommodate CPAP mask hoses, the AYO light therapy glasses for circadian rhythm management, and air purifiers for improved sleep environment quality.
How does the Bongo Rx EPAP device work?
The Bongo Rx is an Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure (EPAP) device. It uses a small nasal seal and a valve that creates resistance during exhalation, which generates positive pressure that keeps the airway open during the subsequent inhalation. Unlike CPAP, it requires no machine, no power supply, and no hose — making it suitable for travel or as a CPAP alternative for mild sleep apnea. A sleep physician should assess whether EPAP is appropriate for your level of sleep apnea.
Will an anti-snoring mouthpiece work for me?
Anti-snoring mouthpieces (mandibular advancement devices) work by repositioning the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep, which opens the airway and reduces the vibration that causes snoring. They are effective for many people with primary snoring or mild sleep apnea, but are not a substitute for CPAP therapy in people with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea. If you have not had a sleep study, we recommend speaking with your doctor before choosing a sleep aid.
Can sleep aids be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Some sleep aids may be funded under NDIS Consumables or Aged Care Home Care Packages when recommended by a treating health professional as part of a sleep health plan. What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, mouthpieces and nasal devices that have been used cannot be returned. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item. Full details are in our returns policy.
