About This Product
The TheraMed Naturelle Latex Pillow is a contoured natural latex pillow for anyone who wakes with a stiff neck. It holds its shape instead of flattening overnight.
The latex moulds to your head and neck and springs back.
There are four heights. Each adult pillow has a removable 2cm latex layer, so you can lower it if the first night feels too high.
Children's (8 to 9cm high, $100) is for ages 8 and up.
Low (10 to 11cm, $120) often suits back sleepers.
Medium (11 to 12.5cm, $130) and High (14 to 15cm, $135) suit most side sleepers.
The latex is 93 to 94% natural, with an open-cell honeycomb that lets air through. It resists mould, bacteria and dust mites. Natural latex can show colour marks or small surface tears. TheraMed says these don't affect performance.
It comes in a poly-cotton inner cover. Use your own pillowcase over it. Spot clean the latex only, and machine wash the cover cold.

Can TheraMed pillows be adjusted for height and firmness?
Many TheraMed pillows are designed to be adjustable. Products like the Sleepezy and Complete Sleeprrr include removable inserts or noodles so you can customise the height and feel. This is particularly useful if you're between profiles or sharing a pillow between sleepers of different body sizes. Specific adjustment instructions are provided with each product.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer. TheraMed orders of $400 or more ship free Australia-wide. Under $400, delivery is a flat $25.
Can I return a TheraMed product if it's not right for me?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, pillows and cushions that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly. We recommend reaching out to our team before purchasing if you have specific needs. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item.
